If you have purchased items through our website and they do not meet your expectations on either fit or appearance, they may be returned within 30 days from the day after you have received your order. The product must be in NEW condition and have ALL packaging material, original tags and labels in place. Failure to comply with the returns policy will force a quality inspection, which may cause a delay in crediting your account.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit/debit card will be billed once the order has been shipped from our distribution center. Your card statement may say “Jagged Peak“.

At this time we cannot accept PayPal, Cash, Postal orders, COD, Cheques or Bankers’ Drafts. The name and billing address you provide must match the name and billing address on record with your credit/debit card company. Your credit/debit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center.
