Paul Demirdjian | CEO of Global eCommerce
Paul is Jagged Peak’s Global CEO, and also serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to co-founding Jagged Peak in 2000, he had more than 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles at several technology companies, including Davel Communications, a publicly traded telecom company where he held several executive-level positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Technology Officer and Director.
A true eCommerce pioneer and entrepreneur, Paul has deep eCommerce domain knowledge and was instrumental in the original design and architecture of the EDGE platform. He has a degree in electronic engineering technology from Saint Petersburg College, where he also was a member of the Engineering Honor Society (Tau Alpha Pi).

Dan Ludwig | Chief Financial Officer
Dan brings over 30 years in financial leadership and has a strong background working with leading transportation and logistics companies. His experience includes senior level finance and operating positions with companies such as Exel Logistics (now DHL), Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (now Geodis), Pacer International (now XPO) and most recently with Australian-based Toll Global Forwarding. Jagged Peak is the third company Dan works for that is owned by a foreign Post Office. Previously, German based Deutsche Post owned DHL/ Exel; and Japan Post owned Toll Group.
Dan has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Capital University and is a CPA in the state of Ohio.
Michael Mercier | President of U.S. Operations
As President of U.S. Operations, Mike oversees the daily management of Jagged Peak’s solution delivery teams, with additional responsibility for business development and ensuring exceptional customer focus and execution. Mike joined Jagged Peak in May 2011 as Sr. Vice President of Business Development and Strategy.
Prior to Jagged Peak, he had the distinction of being both a Jagged Peak supplier as well as a client during his 16-year tenure at Towne AllPoints Communications, where he served as President and CEO since 1996—only the third individual to hold this title in the direct-response communications fulfillment services company’s 58-year history.
A graduate of California State University Long Beach, Mike also holds an advanced degree from the University of Southern California in business administration. He has served as a guest lecturer for the Executive MBA program at University of Southern California and the Small Business Enterprise at Cal State Fullerton.
Blake Vaughn | Executive VP of eCommerce
Blake Vaughn is the Executive Vice President of eCommerce, responsible for delivering solutions to help our customers run and grow their eCommerce business.
Blake has more than 15 years of experience successfully managing supply chain operations for prominent businesses in the eCommerce space, most recently serving as President & COO of TradeGlobal, Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at Speed Commerce (previously Fifth Gear), and Vice President of Reverse Logistics at Ingram Micro. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
He has demonstrated a strong ability to bring operational efficiency to growth-focused brands in order to expand their service portfolios.
Ramy Youssef | VP of Professional Services
Ramy Youssef is the Vice President of Professional Services, responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering Solutions that help our clients’ grow their eCommerce business.
Ramy is an experienced, knowledgeable, and accomplished leader with a proven record of success delivering business and technical solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. Ramy is customer-focused and has a passion for building effective teams.
Ramy previously worked at IBM where he served as the technical lead for an integration practice within IBM Global Business Services. He proudly serves as a mentor for MBA students and advises local managers on challenging leadership situations.
Ramy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master’s of Science in Information Systems, and an Executive MBA earned from University of Tampa.
Kim Georgeton | SVP, Digital
Kim is the Senior Vice President of Digital Services and is responsible for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Digital Marketing Solutions and Creative and Photographic services.
Prior to Jagged Peak, Kim worked with Arhaus Furniture as the VP of eCommerce of luxury Furniture Retailer where she was in charge of eCommerce digital transformation. She also worked with Lane Bryant as the DMM of eCommerce and Media Services, where she created and launched “fast Lane” and was responsible for managing media budgets across the Omni-channel. Kim previously worked with amazon.com and launched Gift Center Pilot, Toys, Video Games, Consumer Electronics (US), Camera and Consumer Electronics (Germany), and developed the first CMS.
Kim holds a Bachelors in Spanish Studies and International Business from the University of Cincinnati.
Venkat Dhurjati | SVP, IT & Product Development
Venkat is responsible for overseeing product development & IT at Jagged Peak. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 2 decades of experience managing eCommerce teams for world-class retailers like eBay, Home Depot, Polo, Toys R US and most recently Hewlett Packard, where he managed HP’s B2C global eCommerce stores and support websites.
Venkat is the co-founder of Concept Zero, the methodology for delivering medium to large scale enterprise IT applications from inception to implementation with minimal issues. He is also authoring a book on IT management with a focus on Anti-Patterns in people management.
Shanker Venkateswaran | Senior VP of Operations
Shanker is the Senior VP of Operations, heading the overall Operations for Jagged Peak, which includes fulfillment centers globally.
Shanker joined Singapore Post in June 2012 as VP of Operations, and held various roles, including heading the Operations for Quantium Solutions, and head of SingPost Centre of Excellence. Prior to SingPost, he worked with McKinsey & Company for 4 years in it’s Asia Pacific Operations Practice where he was based in India.
Shanker holds a Bachelors in Technology from University of Calicut in India, a Master’s in Manufacturing Management from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business.
Melisa Capri | VP of Decision Support Systems
Melisa is the VP of Decision Support Systems and is responsible for driving organizational changes that will ensure the integrity of data originating in our source systems and actively engaging in all decisions regarding the implementation of new data-collection processes and systems.
Melisa joined Jagged Peak from PwC Global IT where she served on the Global Assurance Tools & Technologies Team as a Sr. Manager of Assurance Analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida, an MBA with a Concentration in Supply Management from Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University in New Jersey, a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Keenan Conrad | VP of Digital Marketplace Services
Keenan is the Vice President of Digital Marketplace Services, where he is leading client service offerings for eCommerce marketplaces.
Prior to Jagged Peak, Keenan spent 5 years at Amazon and was also the Director of Marketing for two startups. He also led marketplace sales and product manage for Office Depot, and is the former head of global sales into Amazon at ELEMIS.
Keenan launched Amazon.com’s office supply business, managed customer experience for multiple customer loyalty programs, ran international product launches on Amazon including as territory expansion, and oversaw development and cross-team planning for omnichannel shipping initiatives.
Kristine Champion | Director of Marketing
Kristine oversees marketing and brand strategy at Jagged Peak and is also responsible for public relations, events, and driving lead generation opportunities.
Prior to Jagged Peak, Kristine came from Pegasus TransTech, a transportation software company and has also had various marketing roles for companies specializing in optics and telecom. As a founding partner for a marketing and design consultancy group, Kristine worked for several years with small-size to large Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement marketing programs.
Kristine attended St. John Fisher College in New York and holds a bachelor degrees in Marketing and Business Management. She is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and an avid volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, a home-away-from-home to families of children receiving medical care.
Jerome Sparks | Call Center Senior Director
Jerome is the Call Center Senior Director at Jagged Peak.
Jerome has 22 years of experience in a business management environment. His background includes forecasting, training and development, operations management, reporting and analytics, client relations, project management, human resources and vendor outsourcing.
Jerome is ICMI Certified and is a member of Habitat for Humanity. He holds a Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Biology and classical guitar from Western Kentucky University.
Gage Whitehead | Director, Cross-Border eCommerce
Gage leads cross-border e-commerce and logistics. Leading one of the fastest growing segments of e-commerce, cross-border shopping, EDGE Cross-Border is utilized to ship millions of dollars in merchandise to 200+ countries and territories. Leveraging deep financial, planning, analysis, strategy and management expertise, Gage leads EDGE Cross-Border after significant contributions as Director and Sr. Manager of Finance and Solutions Engineering at TradeGlobal. Prior to Jagged Peak and TradeGlobal, Gage came from Supply Dynamics, a subsidiary of O’Neal Industries, where he played a key role in market development and product management.
Gage graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business with a dual major in Finance and Entrepreneurship with a focus on International Business. Gage is the co-founder and current board member of a Dayton Ohio based non-profit, T.J.’s Place of Hope, which works that helps young adults with self-destructive behaviors. Gage’s passion for technology with a unique drive to support his community makes him an invaluable asset to Jagged Peak.
