Jagged Peak has built a Professional Services Group staffed with eCommerce and supply chain operations experts. The individuals in our Professional Services Group have built and managed world-class, enterprise-level eCommerce websites for a wide range of companies. They are skilled in tailoring solutions to fit the specific requirements of each client using deployment methodologies and delivery options designed to accelerate the solution delivery process, minimize costs and maximize time to market.

As a standard business practice for delivery of our EDGE technology and TotalCommerce solutions, we employ a four-phase deployment methodology that focuses on defining business and technical requirements, and then developing the solution to fit these requirements. The initial Discovery Phase establishes the breadth of the project and ensures alignment between the project team members and client stakeholders. The Planning Phase defines the depth of the project, resulting in technical specification, functional specification and prototype creation. The EDGE eCommerce platform is coded during the Development Phase in accordance with the functional and technical specification. In addition, component and module integration testing is performed during development. Throughout this process Jagged Peak stays in close contact with our clients. Finally, in the Delivery Phase, the EDGE eCommerce platform undergoes full systems testing and complete user acceptance testing. At the conclusion of this process, the eCommerce website is ready for beta release and rollout.

To ensure we meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, Jagged Peak's EDGE application software can be deployed in a "Software as a Service" model or delivered in a licensed "Appliance" model that is inclusive of all necessary hardware and software. With the EDGE Appliance model, clients have the option of having the sever infrastructure located within its data facilities or in Jagged Peak's Qwest SAS 70 Data Center in a turnkey "Managed Services" environment. No matter how we deliver or how our clients choose to deploy EDGE, our Solution Support help desk is available 24x7 to respond to client technical inquiries and resolve reported issues as quickly as possible.
