Jagged Peak EDGE Software to Power Shamrock's Key Client Businesses.

TAMPA, FLORIDA – Monday, March 22, 2010 - Jagged Peak, Inc. (OTC BB: JGPK), Jagged Peak Inc., a leading provider of order management software and direct commerce solutions announced today that it has been awarded a contract from The Shamrock Companies to deploy its EDGE Software Application.

The selection of Jagged Peak's EDGE software by Shamrock is part of an enterprise wide initiative to upgrade the company's order management capabilities and enhance its e-commerce solution offerings. The first Shamrock client to be deployed on the Jagged Peak platform will be Integrated Management Associates, a leading marketer of Self Improvement Literature and Media products.

For the IMA business, Jagged Peak will deliver its EDGE software in a "Software as a Service" model. By doing so, Jagged Peak will take on responsibility for hosting, managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure to support the IMA business and insure compliance with the companies 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement.
