eCommerce Senior Project Manager

The eCommerce Senior Project Manager oversees and develops complex work statements, scope/priority definitions, and budgets and schedules for complex global accounts at Jagged Peak. They develop documents in accordance with appropriate standards and customer requirements. They have the ability to identify global implications and determine appropriate responses to those implications. Internally, the eCommerce Senior Project Manager defines the high-level program plans and their interdependencies, manages communications between projects, and sets realistic objectives for Project Managers. Jagged Peak's eCommerce Senior Project Managers report directly to the Jagged Peak executive team.

Requirements

• Technical education (BS, MS) preferred
• SDLC experience with Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Order Management systems experience (JP Edwards, SAP, PeopleSoft, Retek, Oracle Fins, etc.)
• Subject Matter Expert with the Software Development Life Cycles for system implementations and business process management
• Experience working with eCommerce businesses
• PMP or Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt)

eCommerce Project Manager

The Project Manager has the ability to wear many hats and the discernment to pick the right hat at the right moment! Typically, Jagged Peak Project Managers oversee between three to five projects concurrently with project lasting an average of three to 12 months, depending on the scope of the project.

eCommerce Web Designer/Art Director

eCommerce Web Designers are responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of web interfaces to the EDGE eCommerce platform. This role overlaps with that of a multimedia programmer and web architect. Web designers have knowledge of graphic design packages such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., enabling them to produce engaging layouts and to design and manipulate images. The Web Designer must maintiain expert skills in .html mark-up and cascading style sheets (.css) and integration into dynamic websites.

eCommerce MIS Manager

The eCommerce MIS Manager is responsible for the department’s personnel, budgets, performance and practices at Jagged Peak. They have the ability to quickly comprehend the purpose of reporting requirements, and collecting and analyzing client data. They bring attention to detail with a constant watchful eye on the broad scope and goals of active projects.

Requirements

• Minimum five years experience supervising othersi n a related position
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/MIS from an accredited college or university
• Expected to have hands-on technical knowledge of all database applications and related systems
• Strong knowledge and comprehension of technology and data management used in the process of collecting, retrieving, analyzing and storing data
• Strong comprehension of the various operating departments of the organization coupled with a good working knowledge of the interpretation of operational reports

eCommerce Development and Delivery

eCommerce Solution Architect

The eCommerce Solution Architect is service oriented and an expert in messaging, distributed computing and event-driven architectures. They are responsible for the overall architecture, functional design, development support and release support for Jagged Peak's offerings.

eCommerce Senior Software Developer

The eCommerce Senior Software Developer manages an experienced J2EE and JAVA development team through all aspects of deploying the EDGE eCommerce platform. Their responsibilities include development, oversight of developers, testing, support and even some sales support. The individual has considerable experience in J2EE and JAVA development, project leadership and leading a software product to final release.

• Senior Level – Advanced to Expert level experience with ColdFusion

eCommerce Software Developer

eCommerce Software Developers at Jagged Peak have experience with web application software development involving SQL Server as the back-end. They have functional knowledge with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, views and SQLXML. eCommerce Software Developers routinely write and test client/server and thin client application code.

• BA/BS degree, plus five or more years experience or equivalent combination of experience/education is required
• Sr. Level (advanced to expert) skills in all versions of CFMX/Coldfusion, Fusebox, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and SQL

eCommerce Jr. Web Developer (UI)

The eCommerce Jr. Web Application Developer creates client solutions within required design, budget and timelines following Jagged Peak’s programming standards. The eCommerce Jr. Web Developer must be able to identify and report issues and work closely with Senior Engineers and Project Managers. Experience with ColdFusion is required.

eCommerce Application Configurator

The eCommerce Application Configurator provides application implementation and support, plans the strategy for acquiring and adapting the EDGE eCommerce platform to meet our client needs. They contribute to strategic business planning regarding the applications required to maintain product effectiveness and competitive position. The eCommerce Application Configurator is responsible for providing application expertise and the resources required for ongoing operational support.

eCommerce Quality Assurance Supervisor

The eCommerce QA Supervisor is a thought leader on quality and operational excellence who is able to create and implement a strategy to drive the quality of the EDGE eCommerce platform to a world-class level while managing a team of QA engineers and software development engineers focused on test development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Six or more years of hands-on experience designing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems including test automation, test harnesses and test plan repositories. Must have current coding skills in a high-level general purpose language (C++/Java/C#)
• Three or more years of experience directly managing SDE-T teams including automation processes and tool development in an eCommerce environment
• Programming experience (ColdFusion, Java, HTML, Java Script)
• Strong understanding of relational database concept (MS SQL)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (CMM, SCRUM)
• Knowledge of eCommerce, WMS and fulfillment (3PL) outsourcing services
• Deep background in functional, performance, load, stress, security and integration testing in order to create test harnesses that simulate and accommodate sudden spikes and surges in traffic and transaction volume. eCommerce Sr. QA Analyst

The eCommerce Sr. QA Analyst plans and executes tests to ensure implementations of the EDGE eCommerce platform that are deployed internally or externally meet or exceed all requirements and best practices.

eCommerce IT Network Engineer

The eCommerce IT Network Engineer works closely with the Project Manager to fine-tune all network configuration requirements. This includes network connectivity for application servers and networked storage. In addition, environment network connectivity for other devices, such as workstations, printers and bar code scanners, are overseen by the IT Network engineer.

eCommerce DBA

The eCommerce Database Administrator provides input into overall development and implementation of our E-Commerce products. They are responsible for planning and documenting database builds and changes for use by the Professional Services team. They also prepare SQL designs, table designs, and stored procedures to help the development team code applications that utilize a MS SQL DB.

eCommerce Jr. DBA

eCommerce Junior DBAs provide database and EDGE application expertise in managing our eCommerce accounts. They possess a solid background in SQL database fundamentals with experience in technical support or software development with demand chain experience.

The eCommerce Technical Writer develops user and technical documentation using the authoring tool RoboHelp7 for the proprietary EDGE software application. They have advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, including using and editing templates and creating and editing complex documents.

eCommerce Client Relationship Manager

The eCommerce Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role at Jagged Peak in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service and creating value to those clients served. The eCommerce Client Relationship Manager is the liaison between the Jagged Peak team members and the client to identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries regarding all aspects of the clients business. The eCommerce Client Relationship Manager is measured by profitability, growth and client retention.

eCommerce Help Desk Technical Support

The eCommerce Help Desk Technician has a minimum of three years of technical experience supporting IT end users in a Call Center environment. They must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and be able to resolve password log in issues, network connectivity, VPN Connection issues, printing problems, and basic Hardware issues.
