PAUL DEMIRDJIAN
President & Chief Executive Officer
Paul is Jagged Peak’s President and CEO, and also serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to co-founding Jagged Peak in 2000, he had more than 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles at several technology companies, including Davel Communications, a publically traded telecom company where he held several executive-level positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Technology Officer and Director. A true eCommerce pioneer and entrepreneur, Paul has deep eCommerce domain knowledge, and was instrumental in the original design and architecture of the EDGE platform. He has a degree in electronic engineering technology from Saint Petersburg College, where he also was a member of the Engineering Honor Society (Tau Alpha Pi). VINCENT J. FABRIZZI
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Vince is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Jagged Peak and is responsible for the company’s marketing and sales strategies. Prior to Jagged Peak, he co-founded and led two other successful companies. The most recent was Compass Marketing Services, a logistics and fulfillment services company, which was part of the merger that formed Jagged Peak. The other was Paradigm Communications, which he co-founded along with Jagged Peak’s COO, Dan Furlong. Over an eight-year period, Vince and Dan built that company into one of the Southeast’s largest nationally recognized advertising agencies with more than 160 employees, $60 million in revenues and an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients. Vince has been on Jagged Peak’s Board of Directors since the company’s inception in 2000. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from West Virginia University.
DANIEL R. FURLONG
Sr. Vice President & Chief Operations Officer
Prior to joining Jagged Peak, Dan was President and co-founder of Compass Marketing Services and Paradigm Communications and, prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing for Dollar Rent-A-Car of Florida, which had the distinction of being the largest Dollar Rent-A-Car franchise in the U.S. During his tenure at Dollar Rent-A-Car, business at the Florida division increased ten-fold. Dan has served as an officer and member of Jagged Peak’s Board of Directors since the company’s inception in 2000. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from the University of Wyoming.
ALBERT NARVADES
Chief Financial Officer
Albert joined Jagged Peak in November 2011 as CFO and is responsible for Jagged Peak's accounting, finance and operational analysis. He also plays an integral role in the development of the company's strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Jagged Peak, he served as Controller at Vercipia Biofuels, a division of British Petroleum (BP). He also has held various accounting roles at Walter Industries, Inc. (predecessor to Walter Energy, Inc.) during his nine-year tenure with that company, including serving as Vice President of Finance for the Financial Services Group. Albert began his career with Ernst & Young in 1994 and served in various roles there, including Audit Manager, through 2000. He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida, and has been a Florida-licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1995.
MICHAEL MERCIER
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development
As Sr. Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Jagged Peak, Mike manages company-wide business development and sales efforts. Previously, he had the distinction of being both a Jagged Peak supplier as well as a client during his 16-year tenure at Towne AllPoints Communications. Mike served as President and CEO at Towne since 1996—only the third individual to hold this title in the direct-response communications fulfillment services company’s 58-year history. A graduate of California State University Long Beach, Mike also holds an advanced degree from the University of Southern California in business administration. He has served as a guest lecturer for Executive MBA program at University of Southern California and the Small Business Enterprise at Cal State Fullerton.
