Picking
EDGE ensures orders are complete when people enter them, even if for some reason they are not immediately executable. For example, when there is a stockout, EDGE follows whatever exception or disposition rules our client uses. As a result, EDGE sends our fulfillment operations perfect orders for our inventory specialists to pick, pack, and ship.  EDGE directs stock attendants to the right warehouse bin locations, where stock is waiting for them to pick.

Packing
We know the way your packages appear reflects on you, so we take extra care to ensure their professional appearance. We consider the nature of the material shipping, whether it is fragile or very small, for example, and decide the best way to protect it with packaging. We use high-quality packing materials and make sure printed labels are crisp and legible.

We also care about the finishing touches, like making sure labels are squared on the package, so your shipment delivers the message that you care about your customers.

Shipping
EDGE creates the transportation documents needed to ship your goods to your customers, whether they are down the street or on the other side of the globe. We verify domestic addresses to make sure your customers are not disappointed by having an undeliverable package returned to us.
