Jagged Peak’s Letter Shop services are second to none. Tell us about the size, content, and complexity of your project, and we’ll show you the best way to get it done. We manage all the details knowing your reputation is on the line: for example, we’ll be at the print shop during production to make sure your artwork prints properly.

Letter assembly

Jagged Peak manages all aspects of your project with the best of care. Services include cutting, trimming, folding, tabs, and collating. We can use machine insertion or we can place inserts by hand. Our specialists sort, tie, tray, and mail your letters.

As an example, a project could involve imprinting a card, matching it with a personalized letter, validating the address, inserting them both in an envelope, and mailing it to your customer. Jagged Peak’s letter assembly is extremely flexible, giving you the latitude to send letters that fit your marketing plans perfectly.

Digital printing and copy service

We can mail documents you send to us or, if you prefer, use our digital print on-demand and copying services. Signature scanning is available.

High speed ink-jet or laser addressing

Addresses can be printed on labels or directly on your letter or card stock.

Laser checks

Jagged Peak protects your check stock and prints laser checks in keeping with your orders in a fully-auditable process.

Mailing and postal permit management

We manage the intricacies of postal regulations and postage configuration, making sure your projects take advantage of postal-presort discounts whenever possible. We also keep track of your postal permits and fees, reporting the status to you.

Scanning

Personalized letters can increase response rates. Jagged Peak can personalize scanable forms, letters, inserts, and letters for you.

Polywrap

Our high-speed polywrap is available whenever your project calls for it.

Automated bar coding

Print bar codes on gift certificates, coupons, frequent-visitor loyalty cards, or other marketing pieces for customers to send back to you to redeem. 

List acquisition

Jagged Peak can use lists you provide, or we can acquire distribution lists for you.

Address verification services

Prune unnecessary mailing expenses from your project. We’ll verify your addresses to make sure you don’t waste money sending undeliverable pieces.
