Jagged Peak assigns every client one or more Fulfillment Project Managers (FPM), dedicated achievers who pride themselves in making sure ongoing operations and special projects execute perfectly. These project managers are all senior-level, experienced professionals who are experts in managing highly demanding, complex, multichannel fulfillment programs. They are your advocates, making sure all our resources are applied at the right time to make your programs successful.

The FPM’s job includes analyzing client metrics—Jagged Peak’s metrics as well as any custom measurements you define—and reporting our performance against SLAs. It’s a task undertaken confidently, because although we set extremely high service-level standards, we meet or exceed them regularly.

FPMs strive to learn about your business so they can make on-the-spot decisions for you. In fact, some of our clients consider their FPM as an extension of their own team. Since FPMs manage and coordinate all of a client’s activities, they have a sense of continuity and can approach client relationships from a global perspective.

The results of the work our FPMs do show in the longevity of our client relationships and the way they expand over time. An initial engagement may start out small, but clients, well satisfied with our performance, stay with us and continue to engage us in more and more projects.
