Jagged Peak is a technology and fulfillment company that continues to make its mark in the online software marketplace. We are currently a candidate in our Quality Assurance Department. We are looking for a senior-level person with strong leaderships skills that can join our team. Our candidate will plan and execute tests to ensure all software applications deployed internally or externally meet or exceed all requirements and best practices.

The essential duties include:

Write test cases, test procedures, test plans and coverage matrix.
Test web-based applications.
Execute manual tests.
Execute automated tests for regression testing and performance testing.
Write user guides and release notes.

This candidate will be responsible for the quality of a product release.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years (for senior-level) with software testing in a client/server and/or web environment.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Demonstrated desire for quality with attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
Some programming experience (ColdFusion, Java, HTML, Java Script).
Mid-Level - Basic understanding of relational database concept (MS SQL).
Senior Level: Knowledge of software development life cycle (CMM, SCRUM).
Senior Level: Strong testing skills and familiar with testing technique concepts (boundary, equivalent class, state bases).
Experience with Windows 2000, 2004 XP, IIS, XML, TCP/IP.
Experience with or knowledge of Usability testing.
