Jagged Peak is looking for skilled e-Commerce Account Manager to support the needs of our customer’s e-Commerce initiatives. This individual will be a key contributor to the success of the relationship and ongoing expansion of the customer’s online business. The primary focus will be to foster the relationship, provide strategic planning and execution oversight of our customer’s marketing programs. The position will also involve collaboration with respective customer teams to identify new customer programs, business opportunities, and strategy execution.
The e-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for the strategic and tactical e-commerce initiatives, overseeing the planning and execution of all B2B and B2C website e-Commerce initiatives provide oversight from a business management perspective.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Customer relationship in support of their e-Commerce and Supply Chain Business.
- Setting strategy for an ecommerce or multi-channel retail business.
- Managing an ecommerce-focused marketing strategy.
- Developing paid search placement.
- Search Engine Optimization ( SEO ).
- Affiliate marketing.
- Direct Response Marketing.
- Adept at helping create and execute a vision of multi-channel retail through interactive medium.
- Ability to see from the customers’ perspective and serve as their advocate.
- Strong analytical abilities, including proven application of learning to drive ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of customer needs with an enthusiastic willingness to learn.
- Establish reporting methods for web metrics to test, track and analyze the effectiveness of site design and performance.

In addition to the above requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 3- 5 years in Online / Multi-Channel Marketing and Account Management experience with a proven track record.
- Well-versed in all aspects of marketing, with a in-depth understanding of internet marketing and ecommerce.
- PROVEN ability to develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, analytical capabilities and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate all employees regardless of level.
- Ability to express thoughts in both a verbal and written form, strong Communication Skills necessary.
- Flexible for 25% overnight travel (domestic and international).
- Experience creating proposals, preparing sales pipeline reports and project management.
- Ability to manage products and service delivery in a timely manner.
- Experience developing sales analysis reports for management and eCommerce vendors, which can be used to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience developing strong relationships with mid-level and senior-level executives within eCommerce accounts.
