PAUL DEMIRDJIAN

President & Chief Executive Officer

Paul Demirdjian serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Jagged Peak, Inc. Mr. Demirdjian has more than twenty-five years of experience in senior management, including executive positions of Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Technology Officer and Director for over ten years at Davel Communications, a Nasdaq listed telecom company. Mr. Demirdjian was instrumental in design and architecture of our EDGE application and has deep industry expertise. Mr. Demirdjian served on the Board since the inception of Jagged Peak in 2000. Mr. Demirdjian holds an Electronic Engineering Technology degree from the Saint Petersburg College, where he was a member of the Engineering Honor Society (Tau Alpha Pi). Mr. Demirdjian is currently a member of Pinellas County's Economic Development Council.


VINCENT J. FABRIZZI

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Vincent Fabrizzi serves as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Jagged Peak and the primary media contact of the company. Prior to joining Jagged Peak, Fabrizzi was CEO and Co-Founder of Compass Marketing Services, a logistics and fulfillment services company. Previously, Fabrizzi co-founded Paradigm Communications in 1989 with Jagged Peak’s COO, Dan Furlong. Together over the next eight years they built the company into one of the Southeast’s largest nationally recognized advertising agencies with over 160 employees, $60 million in revenues and an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients. Vince has served on the Board since the launch of Jagged Peak in 2000. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.

ANDREW J. NORSTRUD

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew J. Norstrud joined Jagged Peak in October of 2005 and has more than 10 years of management experience with rapidly growing, middle market companies. Mr. Norstrud is responsible for the Company’s accounting and finance functions, operational analysis and he plays an integral role in the development of the Company’s strategic initiatives. Mr. Norstrud oversees the company’s investor relations activities and ensures that Jagged Peak maintains the necessary infrastructure for a public entity. Prior to his role as CFO with Jagged Peak, Mr. Norstrud was the CFO of Segmentz, an asset light logistics company, which grew by more than 300% in two years, both organically and through the completion of five acquisitions. Before joining Segmentz, Mr. Norstrud worked for companies such as Grant Thornton LLP. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Norstrud’s area of experience includes consulting services, financial assurances services, logistic services, technology services and the retail industry. Mr. Norstrud earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from Western State College and he holds a Master of Accounting degree with a system emphasis from the University of Florida. He is a Florida-licensed Certified Public Accountant.

DANIEL R. FURLONG

Sr. Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Prior to joining Jagged Peak, Mr. Furlong was President and Co-Founder with Mr. Fabrizzi of both Compass Marketing Services and Paradigm Communications. Previously, Mr. Furlong was Vice President of Marketing for Dollar Rent-A-Car of Florida "The largest Dollar Rent-A-Car franchise in the country.” During his tenure, business at the Florida division increased ten-fold. Mr. Furlong has served as an officer and a board member since the inception of Jagged Peak in 2000. Mr. Furlong graduated from the University of Wyoming with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting.

BRENT TARTAR

Vice President of Sales

Brent Tartar is responsible for spearheading the sales initiatives of Jagged Peak’s turnkey e-commerce solution for manufacturers who wish to establish a direct to customer sales channel. Tartar’s previous position as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing was held at W.A. Wilde Company, New England’s largest direct marketing and fulfillment solutions provider. Mr. Tartar brings more than 20 years of fulfillment and direct marketing experience to Jagged Peak, extending across a wide range of vertical markets, in both B2B and B2C environments. Prior to his position at W.A. Wilde, Tartar was the Vice President of Sales for Aero Fulfillment. He has had significant success in selling and managing relationships with distinguished national companies in the consumer package goods, pharmaceutical, insurance and financial services industries. Mr. Tartar is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University.
