EDGE ROM is a quick, easy to use, web-based solution designed to capture vital customer information to help you better understand who buys your products. Harvesting valuable information for your marketing database will allow you to target customers with newsletters, new product alerts, and promotional campaign to increase the likelihood of repeat purchases. Serial number and lot information is easily accessible, should you need it for a product recall.
EDGE ROM also allows you to improve the level of service you provide to your customers by giving them 24x7-access to product information. Customer self-service access will help shift inquiries away from your call center to save you time and money.
How do users access EDGE ROM?
Like any other website, EDGE ROM can be accessed through a dedicated URL (www.YourCompanyName.com) or a subdomain (www.YourCompanyName.com/EDGEROM). Users enter the site using their secure login and password.
How long will it take to deploy EDGE ROM?

How much does EDGE ROM cost?

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly service fee is calculated based on the size of your user community and the amount of disk space your catalog consumes, plus any additional service options you require.
Do I need any training?
Program Administrators will require a few hours of training to learn how to add, edit, and delete files and manage user groups.

Can I customize EDGE ROM?
The EDGE ROM solution is comprised of a graphically branded your own logo and graphics. You may also tailor the descriptive information and displays to fit your needs.
Do I need any special software or hardware?
No. You need only a supported Web browser. Users need Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher to access EDGE ROM. Program Administrators need Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to administer the website and add/edit content.
How secure are my files on EDGE ROM?
Jagged Peak follows industry best practices to safeguard your customer information, including network security, network monitoring, and secured physical access to the site. Your data is completely secured by password. Data files are rigorously partitioned. We encourage Program Administrators to develop good password habits, including choosing a secure keyword that cannot be easily guessed.
Is customer support available?
Yes. We offer email and telephone support for customers. Customer Service is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Does EDGE ROM work with my proxy server or firewall?
Yes. EDGE ROM generates HTML pages that should "pass through" proxy servers and firewalls. But networks are increasingly complex, so if you have any questions or difficulties, please contact our Customer Service team at support@jaggedpeak.com or (800) 430-1312.
