What is EDGE M3?
EDGE M3 is a web-based solution that enables you to make marketing materials available for order to your user community.  Using only a standard web browser, you can organize and manage all of your sales and marketing materials in a secure, rules-based dynamic catalog- without the help of your IT staff. Your users simply enter a password to access the online catalog and search materials, see image previews, digital files, and order printed materials-from anywhere at any time. Because EDGE M3 is dynamically controlled by you, you can manage as many items as your organization requires.

How do users access EDGE M3?

Like any other website, EDGE M3 can be accessed through a dedicated URL (www.YourCompanyName.com) or a subdomain (www.YourCompanyName.com/EDGEM3).  Users enter the site using their secure login and password.

What kind of materials can I manage on EDGE M3?

EDGE M3 can handle all kinds of sales and marketing materials, including printed literature, in-store merchandising displays, promotional items, training materials, digital photos, audio and video files, and even customer-ready documents and reports in multiple formats (.PDF, .DOC, .XLS, .PSD, WAV., etc.)

How long will it take to deploy my online marketing catalog?

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your monthly service fee is calculated based on the size of your user community and the amount of disk space your catalog consumes, plus any additional service options you require.

Do I need any training?

User training is not required.  If your user community can shop online, they can use EDGE M3 to order sales and marketing materials. 

Program Administrators will require a few hours of training to learn how to add, edit, and delete materials, manage user groups, and view order status.

Can I customize my marketing catalog?

The EDGE M3 solution is comprised of a graphically branded your own logo and graphics. You may also tailor the descriptive information and displays to fit your needs.

Do I need any special software or hardware?

No. You need only a supported Web browser. Users need Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher to access EDGE M3. Program Administrators need Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to administer the catalog and add/edit content.

Of course, your visitors will need the appropriate software applications (typically, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to work with the materials you put in the catalog.

How secure are my marketing materials on EDGE M3?

Jagged Peak follows industry best practices to safeguard your marketing materials, including network security, network monitoring, and secured physical access to the site. Your marketing materials are completely secured by password. Data files are rigorously partitioned. We encourage all users to develop good password habits, including choosing a secure keyword that cannot be easily guessed.

Is customer support available?

Yes. We offer email and telephone support for customers. Customer Service is available from 8:30AM to 5:30PM EST.

Does EDGE M3 work with my proxy server or firewall?

Yes. EDGE M3 generates HTML pages that should "pass through" proxy servers and firewalls. But networks are increasingly complex, so if you have any questions or difficulties, please contact our Customer Services team at sales@jaggedpeak.com or (800) 430-1312.

What if I use a literature fulfillment vendor to distribute my printed materials?

EDGE M3 can be linked to your existing system, so your fulfillment operations can execute orders for marketing materials. Or, if you prefer, EDGE can deliver orders to Jagged Peak’s fulfillment operations where our specialists can manage your inventory and ship your orders at the lowest delivery cost possible.
