How do users access EDGE DAM?
Like any other website, EDGE DAM can be accessed through a dedicated URL (www.YourCompanyName.com) or a subdomain (www.YourCompanyName.com/EDGEDAM). Users enter the site using their secure login and password.
What kind of files can I manage on EDGE DAM?
EDGE DAM can store any digital asset: TV and radio spots, video and audio files, photographs, logos, artwork, diagrams, drawings, proposals, RFPs, PowerPoint/Word/Excel files, stationery, business cards, or any other digitized content in one centralized repository.
How long will it take to deploy EDGE DAM?

How much does EDGE DAM cost?

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly service fee is calculated based on the size of your user community and the amount of disk space your catalog consumes, plus any additional service options you require.
Do I need any training?
User training is not required. If your user community can shop online, they can use EDGE DAM to order sales and marketing materials. Program Administrators will require a few hours of training to learn how to add, edit, and delete materials, manage user groups, and view order status. EDGE DAM also includes an online help option. Can I customize my catalog?
The EDGE DAM solution is comprised of a graphically branded your own logo and graphics. You may also tailor the descriptive information and displays to fit your needs.
Do I need any special software or hardware?
No. You need only a supported Web browser. Users need Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher to access EDGE DAM. Program Administrators need Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to administer the catalog and add/edit content.Of course, your visitors will need the appropriate software applications (typically, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to work with the materials you put in the catalog.
How secure are my files on EDGE DAM?
Jagged Peak follows industry best practices to safeguard your digital assets, including network security, network monitoring, and secured physical access to the site. Your files are completely secured by password. Data files are rigorously partitioned. We encourage all users to develop good password habits, including choosing a secure keyword that cannot be easily guessed.
Is customer support available?
Yes. We offer email and telephone support for customers. Customer Service is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Does EDGE DAM work with my proxy server or firewall?
